This cottage is entirely at ground floor level and has wide brace and ledge doors.  There is only a shallow step into the shower tray in the main bathroom.  This bathroom has rails in the shower and alongside the loo and means that it is suitable for anyone who has mobility problems. This cottage comfortably sleeps six in three bedrooms, two of which have twin beds and the third, which also has an en-suite bathroom, has got a double bed. This cottage has just had a beautiful new oak kitchen and is looking very smart indeed.  It also has a pine table for meals  and you can do your chores whilst enjoying delightful views over the fields down towards the canal in the distance.

The best feature of this cottage is its charming and very spacious sitting room, with a cast iron fireplace, reclaimed wooden floor and wonderful old trusses and beams in its full height ceiling. Patio doors lead out onto the lawn and a private terrace that catches the evening sun. It’s lovely to be able to relax here with a glass of wine whilst watching the children enjoying the space and freedom of the garden with its play equipment.

Beautiful bluebell blues feature throughout this property. We have found that this cottage is very suitable for families and also for two couples who are holidaying together who appreciate the extra luxury of having a bathroom apiece.
