Oulton House Farm has a marvellous setting perched on the top of a sandstone ridge with fantastic views over the valley, peacefully situated down a long farm drive.

As we are on the Shropshire / Staffordshire borders we provide you with an ideal base for a relaxing and rewarding stop over, short break or longer holiday. We are only 30 minutes from Junction 15 of the M6 (for those travelling South) and Junction 3 of the M54 (or M6, Junction 14) for those travelling North.

From the M6 Southbound
Leave the motorway at J15 and take the A519 South towards Newport and Eccleshall. *After passing through the village of Woodseaves and driving on for about 2 miles you will pass a cream painted house on the left. Our farm drive is then around the next bend on the left. Be careful as you come across our drive very suddenly.

From Stafford
Take the A5013 for Eccleshall. At Great Bridgeford turn left onto B5405 to Woodseaves . Once in Woodseaves turn left onto A519 and proceed as from * above.

From the M6 Northbound
Leave the M6 at J10a and take the M54 to J3. Then take the A41 to Newport and then the A519 towards Eccleshall. About 1 mile past the Red Lion Pub you will see our farm drive on the right.

Do not be tempted to leave the A519 if you see signs to the village of Norbury. We have a farm drive which leads directly off the A519.

Be careful when you are using your SatNav because this usually sends you through the lanes and up our back drive or, more often, leads you astray and leaves you about half a mile away. 

It's far more simple just to stay on the main road and follow our instuctions.
